I'm desperate to upgrade, and am waiting for a really good RAID TB3. And I know Areca generally makes the best. (I already have a nice Thunderbolt 2 from DATOptics, that they custom designed for me.) I was considering buying a Thunderbolt 3 from DATOptics, but I wanted to try Areca, because I also know DATOptics sometimes buys RAID parts/boards from Areca.but Areca hasn't released a Thunderbolt 3 RAID unit yet, though last year they released press that TB3 was coming. When will Areca sell their USB-C / Thunderbolt 3 RAID Enclosure for 2017?
